The Marlborough Veterinary Hospital offers a wide range of services to assist our clients Minimize

We provide wellness exams on an annual basis. These are important as our pets age much faster than we do. Along with the wellness exam we will keep track of your pet's dental health and body weight and we will recommend a vaccine and deworming protocol that suits your particular pet's lifestyle.

We carry the product lines that we believe best serve your pet's nutritional needs and our staff attend continuing education seminars to be up to the minute with the best nutritional information available.

We have an onsite laboratory that allows us to do basic blood work for pre-surgical exams and emergency tests for pets in distress. We have access to the most up to date laboratory facilities in the country for additional tests that may need to be performed.

We also have an onsite surgical suite that we use for general elective surgeries such as spaying and neutering as well as more complicated procedures like c-sections and certain eye surgeries. We also have access to the specialists at the Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency Centre for any procedures that need more critical care.

We have an on-site x-ray machine so we can better diagnose your pet's health needs. This is an essential piece of equipment that serves our clients with routine diagnostics as well as emergency care.

Marlborough Veterinary Hospital has the ability to perform dental surgery with our dental ultrasonic machine and the expertise of our Animal Health Technologists.

Our staff makes it a priority to have the most current medical information available to them and to you. If we don't have information on a product or procedure we will find the information for you.

Our doctors will be pleased to see you for your scheduled appointments. They provide medical examinations and consultations for most conditions. We do try to accommodate walk-in appointments to the best of our ability, however, please be aware that our clients who have booked an appointment will take precedence. We also see pets in emergency situations, and those pets will have priority until we can ascertain that they are in stable condition.

Did you know that you can book an appointment for your pet with our Animal Health Nurses?
